Serving Suggestion 

Simply serve with minted couscous and garnish with coriander.

Lovely flavours and the lamb was beautifully tender. The apricots added a lovely zing. Unfortunately a bit sparse on almonds. I didn’t get any in my serving and my husband had two or three.
Will definitely buy again though.
