A tasty dish but was underwhelmed. Filling was too loose making it difficult to dish up neatly. It also had little to no pastry underneath which could also have been the problem.
Comfort on a plate. The filling is just so delicious and nourishing, and the topping is a nice change from the traditional pie pastry. Highly recommended!
