A favourite winter warmer. A rich, meaty chilli mince with kidney beans and enough spice to make your mouth tingle rather than your eyes water. Serve with rice or in a baked potato topped with cheddar. Why not try it in a wrap or with tacos with a dollop of guacaomole, sour cream & cheddar. A good one for entertaining the crowds. Serves 3-4 people – 1 litre container.
