Lamb Tagine with Apricots and Almonds 

Tender leg of lamb cubes braised in Moroccan spices with sweet potato, apricots and almonds. Simply serve with minted couscous and garnish with coriander. Serves 8+ on request

Our Navarin of Lamb is made using lean leg of lamb cooked slowly with red wine, vegetables & rosemary, topped with haricot beans. We like to serve this dish with dauphinoise potatoes (potato bake) or creamy mash with roasted garlic and perhaps some crunchy French beans
